Hello, my name is Jennika. When I plugged my popcorn maker into the wall and switched it on, all of the lights on one side of my house flickered and switched off. I went to the breaker box and flipped the appropriate switch, but nothing happened. I had to call an electrician to find out the cause of the lights failing to turn back on. The electrician found a serious short in the wires that could have suddenly sparked a fire. I was relieved to have that problem repaired by a professional.
